Change Meter State

Change Meter State is a sub-menu that displays commands used to turn off or turn on a meter index's ultrasonic measurement unit (UMU). The UMU measures gas flow and enables some types of tamper and event logging. Under some specific and rarely occurring return material authorizations (RMA), you may need to turn off (decommission) the UMU before dissembling a meter and then turn on (commission) the UMU after the meter is assembled again.
